The number of slots depends on the plan, and past 32 players you have to enable OneSync, which is a single setting in the control panel. The real limit is the number of resources loaded, not the number of players.

You can move up to a larger FiveM Enhanced plan at any time from your client area: the change is immediate and you only pay the pro-rata difference. A smaller plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The delivery e-mail contains the IP address, the port, the FTP details and the link to the panel. That information also stays available in your client area.
