Can I install custom scripts and maps?

Do I need an Argentum key for FiveM?

We supply an unlisted 64-slot CFX licence with every FiveM server. In line with the CFX rules, it is advisable to obtain your own key directly from CFX.

How long does it take to deploy my server?

How do I change plan if my needs grow?

You can move up to a larger FiveM plan at any time from your client area: the change is immediate and you only pay the pro-rata difference. A smaller plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I access my server after ordering?

The delivery e-mail contains the IP address, the port, the FTP details and the link to the panel. That information also stays available in your client area.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are issued as credit on your client area balance, which can be used on any of our services. Write to support through a ticket to request one.
