This page constitutes the general terms and conditions of use of the Northhost website https://northhost.fr (the Site) and its associated services.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, referred to as the 'Terms' or collectively as the 'Contract', is to define the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Users and Northhost. In the event of non-compliance with the terms of these conditions, Northhost reserves the right to take any measures necessary to protect its interests, including ensuring their enforcement.
Upon each visit to the platform or when using a Northhost service, the user agrees to comply with all these Conditions without any reservation. Consequently, the User acknowledges having read the Conditions and agrees to be bound by these provisions. If the user accesses the Platform on behalf of a company or any other legal entity, they are nonetheless personally bound by this Contract.
1. Purpose of the Site
The site allows the user to access the company's various services.
Northhost, under these Conditions, grants Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the Services strictly for personal use. Any use of the platform contrary to its intended purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these provisions.
2. Access to the Site
To be eligible for the service, the User may be an individual or a legal entity. Northhost reserves the right to suspend or refuse access to one or more Users to the site.

3. Site Management

Users are prohibited from:

- engaging in reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of any underlying intellectual property used to provide all or part of the Services;
- using software or other means to access, explore, extract, or index any page of the Site;
- endangering or attempting to endanger the digital security of Northhost. This includes attempts to bypass, scan, or test the system's vulnerability or to violate security or authentication measures;
- counterfeiting or using Northhost's products, logos, trademarks, or any other elements protected by intellectual property rights;
- disseminating content or conducting actions on the site using, for example, a mirror effect or a denial-of-service attack;
- using any device, software, or automatic or manual subprogram to hinder or attempt to hinder the proper functioning of this site or to impose a disproportionate load on the site's infrastructure;
- exploiting the Services or site content in violation of these Terms of Use or in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, texts, graphics, images, videos, information, logos, software, audio files, and others, belongs to Northhost, which is the sole owner of all related intellectual property rights.
Any partial or total representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation of the content and Services offered by Northhost, by any means whatsoever, without prior and written authorization from Northhost, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
7. Personal Data
All personal data held by Northhost are collected legally and fairly in accordance with the privacy policy.
These data are provided by Users who voluntarily and expressly agree to these Conditions, authorizing Northhost to process, disclose, or transfer these data to any third party to allow the User to fully enjoy the Services and functions offered by the Site, prevent any fraud, and/or for statistical purposes. To facilitate the use of the Site and personalize the User's experience on the Site, Northhost uses cookies and log files. The use of cookies can be disabled by changing the settings of the web browser.
Personal data are stored by Northhost for processing within the framework of the use of the Services. They are retained as long as necessary to provide the Services and functions offered by the Site.
The user always remains the owner of the information concerning them that they provide to Northhost. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended on March 24, 2020, the User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, as well as the right to oppose the communication of these data to third parties for justifiable reasons. 8. Liability
Northhost does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. In particular, Northhost's liability cannot be held liable in the event of an interruption of access to the Platform due to maintenance operations, updates, or technical improvements.
In any case, Northhost cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for indirect or unforeseeable losses or damages of the User or any third party, including but not limited to lost profits, failed investments, inaccuracy or corruption of files or data, damage to image or business reputation, loss of revenue or profit, loss of customers, or loss of opportunity related to any title and on any basis whatsoever.
Furthermore, Northhost cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance of this Contract justified by a force majeure event, as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals.
9. Evidence Agreement
Computer systems and files are considered valid evidence in reports between Northhost and the user. Thus, Northhost can validly produce, within the framework of any procedure, for evidentiary purposes, data, files, programs, records, or other elements received, emitted, or stored using the computer systems operated on all digital or analog media, and rely on them unless there is a manifest error.
10. Severability
The fact that any provision of the Contract is or becomes illegal or unenforceable in any way does not affect the validity or enforceability of the other stipulations of the Contract.
11. DDOS Attacks
Northhost reserves the right to suspend or delete a client account if their behavior harms the use of its services or its website. The Northhost team reserves the right to call the client to inform them of the resulting decisions.
Northhost reserves the right to notify the competent authorities in case of non-compliance with this rule. Article 323-2 of the Penal Code: the act of hindering or distorting the operation of an automated data processing system is punishable by five years of imprisonment and a fine of €75,000.
